Yippee!

I'm so excited! I FINALLY put my tupperware away today... yeah, it's been sitting in my house in it's bags and box for over a week. I just didn't want to have to wash it all (lots and LOTS of washing... took 1/2 hour to do). I'm so pleased with how everything looks. I need to make lables for a few of them yet, mostly just for icing sugar, sugar, baking powder and soda. Oh, and salt. Lots of white stuff, and I don't think I would confuse them, but don't want to take that chance! Lol!

So, this is the "before". I usually have things rather organized...


Here is the main area again with the containers. You can't really see it, but MAN I have more room in my cuboards! I'm LOVIN it!

And lastly, another pic, this time of my whole pantry. I have a few of the containers in the upper portion as well, and that also made more room for me! I'm so happy! Maybe eventually I'll get more for everything else too?

Oh, yeah! I almost forgot to post what we did for V-day. Chuck got me a cute teddy, and we made supper (he always helps me with supper if I'm not quite done by the time he gets in... it was a real easy supper anyway... all packaged, lol). It was quite tasty! He also got me some flowers, wrote me a note to find when I got up in the morning, and a card for later (he bought the stuff ON v-day, but I don't mind. I know he's busy). :)

I made him cake and cupcakes, and pudding and whipped cream, depending on what he felt like eating for dessert, lol. He picked the cake of course.

Isn't the teddy cute? And the flowers sweet? Awww!



Here's our table set up! The garlic bread, tortellini and sauce with stirfried veggies and garlic/parsley stuffed chicken was amazing!

I decorated the cake, and since the amount of cake made was for a two layer, I just did one and 12 cupcakes.



Here's the pudding/whipped cream. I didn't have strawberries to add to it, so I garnished it with a chocolate covered almond! Mmmmmmmm...
