Valentine's

We had a good Valentine's day. On Friday we went to a dinner and dance, and we got our sister-in-law to babysit Lil Marin. She did ok... for the most part. Was super cranky for awhile though and wouldn't eat apparently. Then we came home and she was cooing and laughing and all happy... silly goose.

Here's a pic of us at the dinner and dance.

On sunday we were at my parents and I just had to post this adorable pic of my niece and my daughter together. Awww....

Saturday I made homemade chocolate truffles... sooo tasty. Made enough to give to various people. Hubby got the most though. Here are some various ways I displayed them to give. I wanted to post the pic of what I did for hubby but blogger seems to think the pic is supposed to be vertical even though it is horizontal and should stay that way. Very irritating. Ah well.

I think they look tasty... which makes me want to go eat one now. Later!!
Hope you all had a great Valentine's!

How nice that you and your husband got to have an evening out! You guys look all dressed up:)

The truffles look delicious. I think the little pink pail they are in is adorable.

How lovely! I used your idea of coupons and vouchers and put them in a box along with some Hershey's kisses. My sweetie was really surprised, as we were out of town and he didn't think I'd brought anything with me. I was also surprised when he presented me with a voucher for a relaxation massage. Mmmmm. :-)

Those lil pink pails are awesome, and I got 3 for $1 at the Dollarama in the city! I also used a box from a Ferrerro Rocher pack we got for Christmas (yeah, I even kept the little brown papers they come in and reused them for the chocolates... which was good considering I couldn't find any at any stores to buy). The clear box of four came from a wedding. Yeah... I keep the strangest things... but it's so fun to reuse them later!

Sorry to comment on this post...I didn't see your email anywhere.

So the Wii fit told you around the same info as me? You are 5'7 and around my weight. That's great we can compare notes;)

So does that mean you lost all your baby weight already or are you still trying to lose more weight? If we weigh the same already...girl you lost that baby weight FAST!! GOOD for you! I don't know if I should go by the Wii or if I should try to weigh less. What is your goal??? (If you don't mind me asking) You can email me back if you want. I think mainly what I want is to tone up.
