Thankful Thursday... late again.

So... I have a tendency to not get online to post anything on Thursdays. I was in town all day yesterday running errands, going to the lawyer, garage saling, etc. So, I'll do this Thankful Thursday without linking again... also because I'm lazy and don't feel like linking (as if it takes much effort... anyway...).

I'm thankful for all my daughter has been learning this week. She's crawling now! More than one 'step'! So cute! And yesterday at the dinner with friends she was finding toys in the box, and not pulling the box out and spilling them everywhere! She's also trying to stand up by crawling on me. Not successful yet... but I'm thinking we'll have to lower the crib soon.

I'm thankful that my husband and I now have a will! Crazy! Not something you think about much until you suddenly have more than yourselves to think about! We have life insurance and a will... at age 25... why does this sound so strange to me?

I'm thankful that we will be able to go on a road trip soon! In less than a week! Woo HOO! I need a break... from doing nothing... yeah...

I'm thankful for Mother's Day and the wonderful time we were able to spend as a family. I'm thankful for the date my hubby and I could go on, just the two of us. I treasure those times. I'm thankful that my baby girl was great the last two times she was babysat! We CAN go out more often now! I'm so thankful for that (two previous attempts at leaving her with my parents or with my husband's sister resulted in her crying the majority of the evening, until we got back and she proceeded to smile and even laugh, much to the chagrin of the babysitters).

I'm thankful for garage sale season! Time to get outside and enjoy the weather (rain or shine... lately more rain than shine, but that's ok, it's good for the flowers). I'm thankful for the doctor appointment I had yesterday and the suggestions he made for me to battle my 'depression'. All relatively simple things, many things I've already started to do, and now I have a doctor telling me to do them (nothing like a doctor demanding you take time for yourself, that you go outside for walks now and then, etc).

And I'm thankful for my God and all the blessings He has given me. I am so blessed!

Yay! Your daughter's crawling! That's so awesome! :-)

I think I need to go on a road trip... That somehow sounds sooo relaxing, haha.
