Fab N Fit

I've been doing this for a week now... and posting this daily is a bit boring. I'll finish the first week anyway, but what I think I'll do from now on is leave a post on Fridays to talk about any progress... or lack thereof. :)

Anyway, this is for yesturday...

Tummy Ticklers
Breakfast – waffles (homemade whole wheat), ½ banana
Lunch – egg cheese sandwich (on whole wheat toast, I didn’t eat it all), noodle soup with veggies
Snack – 1 carrot, ¼ cup red pepper, 1 tsp ranch dressing, 3 arrowroot cookies (oops),
Supper – one potato, carrot, ½ celery stick, ¼ cup red pepper, one serving of pork BBQ’d, one small scoop ice cream.

Muscle Workers
One hour of cleaning, cleaning, cleaning (mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, etc)
Push ups and Side Planks - 10 reps
Single Leg Extensions - 20 reps per side
Jackknives - 30 reps
Lunges - 20 reps per side
Yoga – bridge, spinal twist, dance, standing knee, downward facing dog, warrior
