Fit N Fab Challenge

Here are the last couple of days...again.

June 6
Tummy Ticklers
Breakfast – homemade 50%WW waffles
Lunch – pizza pretzel from Costco (and some salad and stuff from their taste testers)
Supper – one slice pizza, salsa and chips, carrots!

Muscle Workers
Shopping for a few hours… lots of walking!

June 7
Tummy Ticklers
Breakfast – honey bunches of oats with strawberries, added bran flakes, milk
Lunch – BBQ chicken leg/thigh, potato salad, leaf salad (carrots), bread,
Snack – bread, stone wheat crackers, cheese, 3 cookies, a few chips, carrots,
Supper – 1 cup pasta with red peppers/mushrooms/greens/carrots/shrimp, Alfredo sauce

Muscle workers
Walking around town – unknown time, about 8 blocks? We looked at a bunch of the local plaques they had around.
Yoga – warrior, tree, sun salutation, half moon,
Other – about 25 minutes of other wii fit activities (balance games and aerobics)

June 8
Tummy Ticklers
Breakfast – cream of wheat with apples
Lunch – 2 slices leftover pizza, carrots,
Supper – burritos (lettuce, red pepper, salsa, beef with kidney beans, cheese)

Muscle Workers
so far - none. Too busy working on a scrapbook

So, that's the last few days. I've noticed I need to eat more fruits and veggies from the blue/purple color. Grapes, blueberries, eggplant and stuff. I also hope to try to feed Baby M a few different things. Today I gave her cauliflour and cheese... she didn't eat much (loved the cheese but I didn't feel like using the blender and the hand held one doesn't work well, so she didn't eat that very well).
