My "Weekly" Update

Seems I haven't been on much, and Sundays seem to be the days I'm on here actually updating my blog. Sorry... life has been busy... as I'm sure it has been for all of you as well! So, for now, another project 365 update.

Day 182 - Nov 30
One of the gifts I've made... this one is a gardening item... a kneeling bench with a place for a few tools. I think it turned out well! I made it for my mother-in-law... and I hope she'll like it.

Day 183 - Dec 1
SNOW! Finally, after seeing rain and very little snow (with no staying power), we have the white stuff everywhere! And it has snowed a few times this week... I'm so happy!

Day 184 - Dec 2
We were at the Dairy Conference for our province, and here was one of the tables... squishy cows (which my daughter loved) and chocolate snap tests (which I loved). For those who don't know, a snap test is something you use on your bulk tank in the milk house when you aren't sure if one of the animals who has been treated was milked into the tank (you need to milk them into a spare pail and either dump it, or we feed it to our calves since the milk is actually good, but not for selling). It is used to see if the tank of milk is contaminated or not. If it is, you have to dump the tank as it is not sell-able anymore.

Day 185 - Dec 3
I have two pics for today. Baby M with daddy on the big green tractor at the Dairy conference, and below is my lil munchkin at the pool. She didn't want to swim since the water was cold, but the hotel was very dry, and the moisture in the air did her some good anyway. Notice the red eyes? She didn't sleep the night before... more on that later...

Poor girl... oh so tired.

Day 186 - Dec 4
Gotta have her in the tractor by herself! We have a shot like this from last year's conference, and it's neat to see how much she's changed!

Day 187 - Dec 5
Shopping all day, and had to go to the Disney Store. Baby M loved Marie from Aristocats... and needed one in each hand (until she found the Mickey Mouse spoons...)

Day 188 - Dec 6
My little angel in her Christmas dress! Isn't she adorable!? Perhaps I'm a little biased (ha ha).

Too cute! I love the picture of her in the tractor. I finally started my own Project 365, you are officially an inspiration!

Okay, I gotta get myself one of those kneeling benches/garden tools things for working in my garden! Great idea!
