I can hardly believe how quickly this month flew by. I'm pretty happy with the amount of stuff I've been able to accomplish, and I must say that having lists and showing them to all my bloggy friends has been keeping me accountable and helping me to just 'do it' rather than put it off another week/month/year. Last week I finished my list on Thursday. Totally finished (besides exercising Friday, but that only makes sense). I started making 'daily' lists Friday and Saturday, some of which included items for this week. That said, here is the list for the week.
Weekly Challenge: Clean the registers in the rest of the house. My focus of the week is the living room, but you may have other rooms with registers that have not been covered yet this month. Your goal is to seek them out, and give them a scrub. For those of you who feel the need for more of a challenge... do you have any other projects laying around that you haven't finished? Spend a few minutes a day working on them. Don't worry if you finish them or not, it's enough just to get them 'more finished'.
To Do, Last week of January (focus, Living Room)
sweep- vacuum
- bathroom cleaning
- laundry x3
- farm books
- personal paperwork
- exercise 5 days (
Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed) dust baseboards/trim in living room- extra dusting in living room (including TV)
- organize the two closets, 15 minutes apiece
- clean behind the couch (including vacuuming)
- clean the living room registers
- launder the living room 'nap' blanket and pillow
- fix the magazine rack
- clean the cradle
clean and sand the magazine rack- prime and paint magazine rack
- clean and sand the planter
- prime and paint planter
- clean kids table and chairs (will work on sanding and repainting in the future)
bake granola bars for trip- pack for our trip
I'm glad I already started this list on the weekend, as we wish to go away Thursday through Sunday (or Monday). That means I only have 3 days to finish it all. I'm over 1/3 done already though, and today is just beginning, so I don't see a problem getting it all done.
I'll be coming up with a new monthly challenge for next week's list. How did you do on this month's challenges? Do you like them? Do we want to continue?

I really like your lists and hope you keep doing them! Even though I don't do it over at my blog, it gives me good ideas to add to the list I'm always working on. :-)
Keep the lists! It's helps me a lot to keep going on the house and keep up with everything. Thanks Sab!
