Today I woke up with a headache... but we had no tylenol in our house. Makes it difficult. Ah well. After church we came home to make lunch, and went to the city for a walk. I cheated... major... didn't have any toast at all, but I had dark chocolate covered almonds. I figure, I'm allowed almonds, and the reason I can't have the chocolate is due to the sugar in it. Dark has much less sugar than milk... and less milk... haha. So, I had some. Asked my husband to only get about 6-12 from the bulk at the candy shop there, but he got... more... not sure how much more, though. Probably closer to 20+. And besides the ones he ate (and the halves we fed to M), I ate them ALL. Remember what I said about sugar rush? Yeah... felt like I was on laughing gas for awhile. Whenever I bent over a bit, I felt lightheaded. It was hilarious! Supper didn't work out too well. I made an avocado salsa, and it tasted great... except for how spicy it was. My husband loves it though. I don't like things too spicy... a little bit is fine, but this was too much for me. And the steak was very tough... the millet was tasty. Was even good with just some butter, veggies, and a bit of salt. Otherwise, today was very similar to the other days this week. I have to say, though, after having those chocolate almonds, I had NO longing for any sugar whatsoever... for awhile, I hope.

Mmmm chocolate covered almonds...do I dare even breathe one of my forever favorite ice cream flavors is chocolate almond fudge??? More sinful than chocolate covered almonds!!
