So, I am proud to say that yesterday I finished writing my next book! I still haven't fully published the first one... oops... as I need to fix the cover before doing so (I had it sort of published so I could print a copy and send it to myself to see it, and it looked good except one aspect of the cover, so I need to fix it). Anyway, the second book is written. I like to write it out on loose leaf for the 'rough draft' (once I've done an outline of course) and then type it up, editing it at the same time... then edit it again and again. Well, this was just to get the thing written, which it is. No editing at this point. It is currently sitting at 150 pages handwritten. That's a lot of writing... and a lot of future typing. We'll see if I get it typed up before baby is born, or if I just decide to do bits here and there afterward.
So what type of story is it? That's a secret! (smile). Ok, seriously it's a fantasy/fiction novel for children... teens... I guess it depends on your reading level. The content is fine for children, but I'm not sure younger ones will understand everything. It's a continuation... so to speak... of the first book I wrote titled "Stone Enchantment". I wrote that one with my sister in mind. She always wanted me to tell her stories, so I'd make them up on the spot and she loved it. So, I wrote that one for her. She loved it, and she's not a big reader (or so she says). She wanted me to write another, and since I already had 3 books in mind when I wrote that first one, I figured, why not? So, book 2 is done... I have the title already, but I won't reveal that until it's completed. Perhaps I'll be able to make a website for them too very soon...
Next up... typing, editing, more editing, even more editing, and did I mention... editing? Yeah... and making a cover. Wish me luck!

So --- where do we go to read the first story? Do we have to wait for the website? Patience is NOT my virtue!
I SO admire people who write! I wish I had the nerve but I just don't! So congrats!
Lol... actually, I need to complete the publishing of the first story before it is available to be read. I really need to get on that. Then it will be available through Lulu.com and I'll post a link to it through my blog.
Thanks for the interest! :)
