Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Today is the day to wear Green!

I don't know how many of you know this, but St. Patrick's day was originally the day to honor a man who brought Christianity to Ireland. How cool is that? St. Patrick originated in Whales, became a slave, escaped from there, and eventually felt called to preach of Christ in Ireland where he converted more than 120 000 people to Christianity! Find out more here.

One thing I really find interesting is his use of the three-leaf clover as a descriptive symbol of the Godhead Trinity... God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, all three seperate, but also all three the same. Wow.

Just a few fun facts for this St. Patrick's Day! Have a good one!

Happy St Paddy's Day!

I went out to the Irish club last night with my sweetie's family in honour of his mother's heritage. The deal was that we had to wear the tackiest green clothing or cringe-worthy accessories we could find. You should have seen his sister's sparkly green headband, with two four leaf clovers bouncing above saying "Kiss me, I'm Irish" in bright red lights! LOL
