It's thursday yet again! My how the week flies by! I can hardly believe that a week ago we were still on our trip and just planning to be on our way home in a few hours! Wow... time flies.
Well, I'm so thankful the house and everything is back to 'normal' and the stuff we got is all put away... well... most of it. I still have a few hooks to hang and stuff, but on the whole it's all looking good. I'm thankful for the garage sale finds I got today (3 pair of jeans for our lil girl for $1... that's my fave, and a bunch of board books for $2 total, some scrapbooking letters for $1... and I ran out of cash, haha). I got to get out of the house, and even though it was rainy it was still nice. I love that I'm forcing myself out of the house every thursday. I'm hoping for a nice sunny one next week so I can walk everywhere!
I'm thankful for my daughter... she is growing so fast. She continues to try to pull herself up the stairs, so I blockaded her in the living room (we have a step from the living room to the rest of the house and she has figured out how to climb it and heads for the big staircase) and she STILL wants to climb. She figured out the chair too... and likes to stand using it. I guess it's a bit easier than the steps. Now it's gogogogo with her! Hahaha.
Well, that's all I'll post for now as my lil girl is complaining about being woken up. Poor thing.

I remember the first time my daughter (now 15) climbed a flight of stairs... I was at my grandma's house and we turned around, Holly was gone... halfway to the main floor of the house already on the stairs is where we found her. We were so dumbfounded as it was her first attempt at them...LOL.
I'm so looking forward to doing some garage saling of my own soon! But like you have rain, I've got all this heat! Still though, I might wander out... or at least "drive by" some sales in my air conditioned car this weekend!
My hubby and I went garage saling a couple weekends ago at the city wide garage sale in Minot... I found some really cute stuff for decorating my formal dining room. I had so much fun on my next day off hanging pics on the wall along with my spoon racks that have been sitting on the chair in there since we moved here (a year ago january!)... Now I just need to find a new table cloth to match the Italian Theme I got going in there... :)
