Well, right now I'm lazy and do not wish to scan my pattern. This project really isn't all that hard to make... just very time consuming considering all the sanding. I finished it using mineral oil from the baby department in the store. All you really need is a few wood scraps and a lot of time. And wheels. I bought six 1inch wheels, and two 2 1/2inch wheels. The quarter inch dowel needs to be sanded a bit for the smaller wheels, and the bigger wheels would be better off with a larger dowel, but I didn't wish to spend even more money on it. I made do with what I had and filled the sucker with lots of glue (hot glue works great), using toothpicks arranged in a triangle shape between the tire and the tractor as spacers until the glue dried. Worked great.If you want a more detailed direction as to how to make this thing... I guess you'll have to tell me in the comments. Otherwise, maybe I'll make a book and put this thing in there! Maybe.

It's quite the nice toy! I used 1.5 inch wheels with a 1/4 inch dowel for this one.
