The day after we arrived, we attempted to put baby M down for a nap... for over 2 hours. She refused. She wanted to go. So, we got her into her new jacket (which I had bought earlier that morning) and out we went... only to have her fall asleep the second we got into the vehicle. Silly goose!
Shopping at Target. Fun fun! 
We went to Scheels again on Saturday (I didn't go in on Friday due to the kiddo having fallen asleep and us not wanting to wake her... waited in the van while hubs went in to take a look, saying we had to go back)... I loved all the animals they had there. The gear... not my thing. Hubs loved it though (and this is where we got his awesome deal on a jacket).

They had a girl scout thing going on that weekend, and a mascot of sorts was there as well. Baby M played shy. She liked the cookies, though!

We went to Golden Corral for supper that Saturday night. It was busy. Baby M loved everything we tried to give her (except the broccoli... not mushy enough for her). When she was done eating, she did the push-back-from-the-table-and-stick-out-the-gut pose. I had to take a pic. Doesn't quite do it justice, though.
Now what are you looking at Baby M? Guns? Aren't you a little young for that?
That evening we figured we'd try out the swimming pool... she sure does love her swimsuit! It was packed. We didn't stay in the pool long and went to the hot tub (where I could only put my feet in). There were at least 25-30 kids in that pool at once. There was a birthday party going on or something. Poor M... she didn't like all the commotion. We didn't stay long at all.
You expect me to sleep? Serious?
Well... maybe I'm a little tired....
Hubs took her to the pool the next day. Without me. I wasn't interested. She had a much better time since there were only about 10 kids (maybe 15) there this time around. I managed to sneak down and snap a few pics.
Later that evening, hubs got me some ice cream (man was I craving milkshakes and stuff). She REALLY wanted some. Really. She attempted climbing me.
Sunday was a long day too, and pillows are a lot of fun to play with. Oh, and see the carrot? She dragged that thing with her everywhere. I washed it as soon as we got home (it hit the floor a few times, she attempted sharing it with strangers, etc. It was hilarious).
Monday we went to BK for lunch. She didn't care much for the crown.
She did have fun in the play area making new friends (see the carrot? I told you, that thing was everywhere).
It was a great trip. M had so much fun when there were other kids especially. Running around, laughing and giggling. I wish I could have gotten video of some of that (but I wasn't thinking of it at the time). I am so glad we went out for a few days, even if it wasn't for very long.

I'm glad you guys had so much fun! I've never seen anything like those animal scenes they had at Scheels (at least not in person). Kinda freaks me out... haha.
